Bluey Visiting

Daniel's class at school has a little toy koala, Bluey, who they get to bring home if the do the 5L's well - looking, listening, lips closed, hands in laps and legs crossed. Daniel loves bringing Bluey home. One day when he got to bring Bluey home he decided that he needed to make Bluey a bed. So that's what he did.

He got a box and cut the top off, then stuck down the edges to make sure that it would be strong.
Next he decided he needed to stick down cotton wool balls to make a soft bed.
Lastly he made some pillows for Bluey from the toilet paper wrapper.
A perfect bed for Bluey. Apparently Bluey slept really well that night.

The next day, Mrs Fearnside decided that Bluey could go home with Daniel again. Daniel was so excited!
Bluey got to play with bubbles with Daniel and Eliza.

He had a drive around in the cars with the kids.

Daniel then made a Bluey carrier to take him to Nana and Poppy's place for dinner.
At bedtime Daniel read Bluey a book.
and then Bluey went to bed in his bed.
He then forgot to take Bluey to school the next day. His punishment was that Bluey was to come to Blue Mountains with us on Saturday and Daniel was to then write about Bluey's adventure. Daniel accepted the consequence and loved doing it! That is in my next blog post.
