Love of reading

Anyone who knows me and my kids knows that kids books are a big favourite in our house! Often the kids will be found sitting looking at books of tapping me asking me or anyone who is here if they can read a book. I love that this love of books has continued down to Alexander. I loved walking past Daniel's room one morning and saw him sitting on his bed reading to himself. He has come so far this year to be able to do this - read to himself. He is reading with increased fluency and with expression and also reads with meaning. It's just beautiful to see.
