Eliza at church

I love how Carol makes the Kindy kids feel special just before they start school. They are invited to wear their school uniform and come up on stage to share a little bit about their school and answer a couple of questions. Eliza was very excited to wear her uniform to church. We practiced saying which school she was going to (because she kept forgetting the name) and answering what she was looking forward to. When the kids were called up onto stage Eliza did really well with answering her questions clearly into the microphone. She remembered the name of the school. And she spoke about her teacher.

She was given a little gift of a book to read which we read that night.

You are ready for school. I pray that you will shine your light for Jesus at school. That you will have the enthusiasm and joy that comes from Jesus. You have got this baby girl!
