Daddy's birthday fell on a school day so his birthday celebrations were a little different. We had cake at Nana and Poppy's place for family dinner night which was very nice. James loved that it was a hazelnut meringue.
James' birthday morning, started with a tickle from the kids, followed by presents.

For lunch James and I then headed out to Cafe SixandSeven. They had really nice burgers as well as a very tasty lemon iced tea drink.
We couldn't have a birthday without cake. I bought cupcakes from Michelle's Patisserie and cheesecake from the Cheesecake shop.
Cake was enjoyed together. Happy birthday to my amazing husband and an amazing Daddy. It has been lovely to enjoy cake and eating with you.
