After a day's break because of Australia Day, it was Alexander's choice day. He decided that we would start the day with Daddy's porridge which he absolutely loves!
His baking treat of choice was coconut ice cupcakes and he did a really good job of making them too! I tried my hardest to take a step back in the process so he did a lot of it including mixing and spooning the ingredients into the cupcake tins.

Alexander then decided that we do some Just Dance which was very fun to watch and do with the kids.
For lunch Alexander chose to have wraps.
He then needed to finish off his cupcakes by making the coconut ice icing. He chose to make it green and white. It was so yummy! Tasted just like coconut ice.
The kids enjoyed their cupcakes for afternoon tea and they were so yummy!
