I have loved the kids doing picture plates at preschool. It is such a special fundraiser that I hope will last for a long time. Alexander made his one this year, it was a good covid safe fundraiser. I love that each of the plates are a glimpse of each kid at that stage. I love their little personalities coming though and how their plate shows their interests. Daniel drew our family and a race track 3 years ago. Eliza drew our family in a garden last year and Alexander's one completes it with a picture of our family watching Elvis the crocodile at the Reptile Park. It makes for lasting memories. He is also very excited to have his own special plate now.
Maybe if they do the fundraiser again next year, I will get each kid to make one. Maybe...
