Eliza's Creative Writing

I have loved seeing Eliza grow in confidence and love to writing and reading this year. She has come so far! Often to fill in time she will be found sitting at her table or in the back room with pen and paper and be writing letters. She does a great job with sounding out words phonetically. This term she wrote a couple of stories for her teacher, Miss Stewart. I took photos of them to remember them because I think she has done a great job. I love that she has all features of a narrative - orientation, complication and conclusion.

Log Frog
The frog sat on the log. One night the frog went to sit on the log but it wasn't there. The frog asked every single person in the world. Another night passed and the frog went to see if the log was back and it was back! The end.

Part 2
Flower Frog
The frog played with the flower. One day the flower played with someone else. Frog wanted the flower back. One night whilst the frog was sad the frog saw some light. It was the flower! The end.
