This year's Mother's Day was a little bit different to normal.
Because of Covid we didn't have a school breakfast, but we still headed to Monday Morning to enjoy breakfast all together. It's a lovely little tradition that we have started and we want to keep it going.

| Eliza had a spoon for Princess Diana and Prince Charles' wedding. That was very cool and special. |
Sunday was quite a busy day in the end and James knew it would be so I was lucky and got presents the night before so that we weren't rushed. We kinda had Apple picking as our fun adventure for Mother's Day.

| We enjoyed the apple pie for dessert too |
Sunday morning Daniel and I headed off to AFL in the morning. We had a fun game, the boys played well. I gave the mums of the team some chocolates as a thanks for supporting our team. Oscar was spending the night with us so we headed back home with him. Daniel then went to get his first hairdresser haircut. He said he prefers Nana's cuts because they don't hurt as much although this one was much faster.
Before heading to church we went and enjoyed a sneaky McFlurry together which was nice.
The kids played well back at home after church - playing Lego Masters.
Then on Monday I got this beautiful picture from Alexander as I picked him up at preschool. So special.
I am very loved by these 3 kiddies who call me Mum. I love that Daniel said he will still give me hugs when he is bigger. I love Alexander's beautiful picture. I love Eliza's thoughts about all that I do for them. Being a mum is hard work at times but also so very rewarding and so very special. There is no other place I would rather be.
