Nana and Poppy at the Reptile Park

In the school holidays the kids and I took Nana and Poppy to the Reptile Park. It was a lovely day out with the family. The kids loved showing Nana and Poppy all the different animals. We even got to see some different animals out of their enclosures.

The kids had fun patting the different kangaroos.

Daniel and Eliza needed to have a koala cuddle.

Daniel got up close to the tawny frogmouth.

Nana and Poppy got a photo with the kids with a dingo pup! So very cute and so very cool!

We had some lunch and had a friendly kangaroo try and join us. It was interested in Alexander's sandwich. It even had a joey!

Alexander had some fun running around on the grass.

We then walked up to Hugo to say hi to him.

Alexander liked looking at the different reptiles - the turtles, the lizards. 

We were even able to pat an iguana which was very cool!

We then stayed to watch Eric the crocodile get fed.

This was followed by a play at the park and then we headed home. Thanks Nana and Poppy for coming with us! I'm looking forward to next holidays when Daniel will participate in the Mini Kid2Keeper program. Fun!
