First Swans Game for the Season

The kids had been hanging out for the first Swans game of the season that they could go to. Daniel had been able to go to a game already but the other 2 couldn't wait for their chance. James was on band at church and Dad was away so I took the three kiddies with me to the game on my own. I wasn't too sure how it would go but they were great! So helpful, listened well, didn't ask too much for food and were just great. So proud of them!

We arrived at quarter time (because we had a party before the game).

We made it though and took our seats. The kids were great with not asking for food which was different to most other times. When we arrived I gave them 1 snake each (they could choose the colour) and that was all.

The kids had a great time cheering for the Swans. I took some activities for the kids to do but they were happy watching the game and waving the flags as they cheered so didn't ask to do anything else. We had something to eat each quarter which worked well to space it out. The kids wore their earmuffs with no arguments too.

We saw a lovely sunset with pretty colours in the sky.
And continued to cheer the Swans onwards to victory! Very exciting to have a win!

Go Swannies!
