Because the car had the carseats in it, I planned to walk to the station with Alexander in the pram, Eliza on the skateboard and Daniel on the scooter to Pennant Hills Station. Unfortunately it was raining the day that we were going so I decided we couldn't use the scooter because the ground would be too slippery. Instead Daniel was to walk to the station. I was amazed at how well Daniel did! Eliza even walked part of the way. I planned for Alexander to have a nap on the way to the station. Yep, that didn't happen. Dear. Oh well. Couldn't really do anything else. We made it - hot and sweaty.
The cargo trains that went past were very loud.
The kids were very excited to catch the train and loved looking out the window. They were keen to spot PLC where I went to school. Alexander was a bit sad that he didn't see it, it does go past quickly.
We then walked to the car park and eventually found the car (after going into the wrong carpark. Who knew there were so many carparks along the same street in the city!) We had to message Daddy that we had found the car.
We then walked down the Sealife. I love having an annual pass so we can just come whenever and skip the lines. I was worried that there would be lots of people there but it was surprisingly quiet.
The kids had a great time looking at the different animals again.

| Daniel was amazed that a small fish was sitting inside this larger fish's mouth. It kept swimming in and out of the mouth. So amazing that it didn't get eaten. |
The meals were great! Daniel and Alexander ordered chicken lollypops and Eliza ordered a 5 park picnic pack including a wrap, apple, vege salad which came in a jar that they could shake to mix and something else. What a special treat for the kids! They also got to have a cup of milk. Definitely a fun night, although a bit stressful as the kids were quite tired.
We then walked back to the car and headed home. All 3 kiddies were so tired they fell asleep pretty quickly. I loved seeing the gorgeous sunset. Love my family.
