We are so
proud of Daniel. If there is an area that we want our kids to excel in it is accepting
others and treating them with love and respect. So proud of him that he
is showing this at school too. He has such a big heart for others and I
can’t wait to see how he continues to use this quality as he grows up.

Harmony Day
On Tuesday 20th March, 2018, Daniel's school celebrated Harmony Day. As part of the day the children are asked to wear orange accessories. For Daniel we made an orange ribbon to wear and also put a ribbon around his hat. In the morning assembly a Friendship Award was given to one child from each class, selected by their teacher. Daniel's teacher chose him. She told James and I that she chose him because he always helps others, he looks out for other kids and he puts others first, even if it means he doesn't complete his own tasks. She said that he is just such a delight. She has even moved Daniel to sit next to a boy who still has separation anxiety because he looks out for him and cares for him.
