While people are saying that I'm little, I am feeling rather big. I have just pulled out my maternity clothes to wash and start wearing again - particularly on Mondays at school. Squeak has been wriggling around a lot which is pretty cool to feel, although not on the outside yet.
Today we went to get the 19 week ultrasound to check everything. It was pretty cool to see our little bub, even though it wasn't the most co-operative. We dropped Daniel off at the Howies' place and headed to our appointment. We met Lisa - a person who James follows on twitter who coincidentally works there - and chatted with her for a bit. She is just lovely. Small worlds are awesome!
The think that I was having a contraction during the ultrasound so they couldn't get pics of everything. After trying for a while they sent us for a walk to help the contraction stop and the bub to move around to get better angles. While bub moved a little bit, it still wasn't heaps, but enough to get all that they needed. It was also moving its limbs a lot - not easy to get a good photo of the hands and feet. We kept joking that Squeak is already starting to misbehave because Daniel has been such a good bub (including the ultrasound).
Here are a few of the pics from the ultrasound. We also got given a dvd of it which will be cute to watch.
