Look at Me I'm Going To School

Daniel has now finished his school orientation program and he has loved it. He has been so comfortable each week when being dropped off, has had a big grin on his face when I've picked him up and has told me bits and pieces of what he did in the classroom (even though it has been brought forward by a lot of questions from me).

On Friday when we dropped him off he just walked into the classroom and sat down at a table and started to do an activity. He didn't even say bye to us. But I guess that's how you'd want it to be, much better than screaming and crying because of us leaving.

At the end of the sessions Daniel and all the other kids came onto stage and performed a song to us. They were so very cute and all appeared so confident! Daniel did really well, big smiles, actions, singing. He was himself and I appreciate that, looking at the others behind him for parts of it, watching and taking in all that is around him. He does make us laugh but we love him for his inquisitive nature. Enjoy the song, it's catchy!!
